What is Orka Card?

ORKA Card is an exclusive loyalty club giving members access to discounts at local and independent businesses across their region. Each member is allocated a personalised membership card which they use at participating businesses to receive the offer.

What offers are available to Members?

We work closely with our partner businesses to develop offers which will appeal to our membership.  The offers vary from business to business and the ORKA website is kept up to date with the latest offers.

DO YOU HAVE A SMARTPHONE APP?

We are planning to develop a smartphone app as part of our Phase 2 launch.  We will update all our customers once we have launched this exciting development.

Are Orka Cards Transferrable?

No, the cards are strictly non-transferable. They are printed with your name on, so cannot be loaned to friends or family members.  You will also be asked to present ID to validate your membership card by the participating business.

What happens if I lose my orka Card?

If you lose your ORKA card you are able to request a replacement by contacting us through the contact form page on the ORKA website.  There is a standard £10 administration fee for issuing a replacement.

How long will my Membership card TAKE to ARRIVE?

Using our standard UK delivery we estimate delivery should take 5-7 working days.

I have seen a business on your website that HAS closed down why is this still appeaRing?

We rely on our partner businesses to contact us if they wish to be removed from the ORKA family.  If you are aware of any business which is no longer accepting the offer please let us know via the contact for page on the website.  

Can I use more than one ORKA CARD PER BOOKING?

Only one ORKA card can be used per booking unless stated otherwise on the individual business page on our website.

How can I update my contact details?

Please update any contact details by using the contact form page on the website.  We will send you a confirmatory email that our files have been updated.

How can I keep updated on new businesses joining the Orka Family?

Our website is fully up-to-date with all of the offers currently available. The number of businesses is growing all of the time, and you can keep informed by visiting the website and signing up for the ORKA family newsletter, which will be emailed to you detailing new businesses that have joined the club.

CAN I recommend A BUSINESS TO JOIN THE ORKA FAMILY?

We would love to hear about new businesses that can potentially join our family.  Please use the contact form page on our website to let us know the details of the business you would like to see in the ORKA Club.  Only independent and local businesses are eligible to be part of the exclusive ORKA scheme.

On a restaurant booking, can we have more diners than the maximum number stated?

You are more than welcome to invite as many diners as you like to a restaurant booking, however you will only receive a discount against the number of diners stipulated on the website against the participating businesses offer terms.

how do I cancel my Membership?

If you do not wish to renew your membership you should contact us using the contact form page on our website at any point within your 12 month membership period and no later than 5pm on the working day preceding your renewal date.  Please refer to the ORKA Terms and Conditions
